His success in recruiting led to a business development role, where he focused on cultivating new business relationships for various agencies.

With his experience and the support of great partners, Andre took the leap to establish Bells Staffing Services. What began as a small, mom-and-pop operation has now flourished into a well-regarded agency known for its commitment to clients and candidates alike. Andre’s business philosophy is centered on constant growth and evolution—never staying stagnant but always striving to build and improve.
